Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan is a free service offered to current UW-Eau Claire students, faculty, staff, and emeriti to obtain library materials that are not available at McIntyre Library. 

After signing into Primo users can request books, articles, and other material from the “Get It From Another Library” section.

Turnaround Times 

Articles – 24 Hours M-F

Books from Wisconsin Libraries – 3 days

Books from Minnesota Libraries – 5 days

Books from Out of State – 7-14 days

Return items on or before the due date.  To maintain good relationships with other libraries, it is very important that material we borrow from other libraries be returned on time. Library privileges will be suspended for users with overdue items.
